Sahasrara chakra

It is the most sublime channel and symbolises detachment from illusion and connection with the Absolute.

It is the source of true wisdom.

It is called the crown chakra, however it is not so much a chakra but an autonomous centre which synthesises all the others.

Location

It is located just above the head, over the physical body.
